Small Planet Online was founded in Howard, Kansas in 1999 — a town where your word is your contract and nobody needs a ticket queue to get a call back.

Twenty-seven years later the company is still deliberately small, and the office has gotten bigger: we now run our clients’ sites from Kansas and Albania, which means someone is usually awake, and your website gets looked after on two continents’ worth of daylight.

Some of our clients have been with us for more than a decade. We think that’s the only statistic in this business that means anything.
